then that you're having sort of in the formal
context and on a oneon#one basis, do you think it
was during that timeframe that you had discussed the 09:58:19
possibility then of granting in the area of a
million shares to these ultra key people?
A . Yea h .
Q. Okay. And did you discuss with the board
or with individual board members who the specific 09:58:31
people were that you considered to be ultra key
people?
A. I don't recall, but I can't imagine that I
didn't. I was always talking about our key people
with them, so..
