counsel. Maybe that was it. Maybe that was it.

discussions with board members about the number of

A. I don't recall.
Q. Do you recall when it was that you started
talking more specifically about the numbers of
grants or numbers of options for the grants to 09:59:48
these very important people?
A. Again, I think it was in the fall of 200M
best of my recollection. This was many years.
