A. Well, she would.
Q. Okay, I guess you were on the Board of

Q. And did you have an expectation as to what
the corporate secretarys role would be vis#avis
actions of the board of directors?
A. Well, among a- I mean, I honestly don't 11:14:59
really know, but I would assume that they take
minutes.
Q. And do you have an understanding as to
whether or not the secretary should accurately take

A. Well, I would hope that they do their best.
