THE WITNESS: Well, these questions about
grant dates are somewhat beyond me. Again, my
recollection is that I had approval from the board
to go implement these grants and, you know, by the
end of 2000, and I don't recall exactly what I did, 10:58:57
but I probably would have either verbally or
communicated in an e-mail to Nancy, heres what I'd
like to do.
And so in this email, she is coming back
saying: Im proposing we do these on January 10th. 10:59:14
And I probably would have said fine.
